Kristin and Matt are having their wedding in the Thousand Islands of New York but since they love the city so much, they decided to have their engagement photos in Boston. We centered their photos on Boston’s Commonwealth Avenue and the Boston Public Garden, which were absolutely beautiful! We also ventured out in walking to Beacon Hill, Copley Square, and the Charles River along Storrow Drive!
Even though it was pretty cold out, it was a perfect day for fall photos on the Commonwealth Avenue Mall!
Of course fall engagement photos in Boston wouldn’t be complete without some fun with leaves!
After venturing down the mall, we made our way in to making more photos in the Boston Public Garden.
A visit to the Public Garden wouldn’t be complete without photos at the “Make Way For Ducklings” sculpture!
After the Public Garden we took a short walk to the historic Beacon Hill neighborhood. This intimate neighborhood is the perfect place to get some of the city in to Boston engagement photos!
Before walking down to the Charles River for some sunset photos we walked over to Copley Square for a few quick photos.
Then we made it down to the Charles River just in time for sunset!
I couldn’t think of a better way to finish off such a great day in Boston with Kristin & Matt than to do it with a romantic photo with the street lamps of Commonwealth Avenue!
